· Sandy has been representing Buyers and Sellers of homes in Central and South Brevard County for over 20 years. Prior to moving to Brevard, she was an owner of her own real estate company in Ohio, specializing in both new construction and pre-existing homes. She has a vast knowledge of building construction, due to being a new construction consultant, also in her past.  Sandy extends her knowledge and experience to her clients and becomes their advocate in all phases of buying and selling. Having a proven list of suppliers and subcontractors, she gladly offers this information to her customers when needed.  Also specializing in relocation, Sandy has successfully assisted relocating entire companies.  Sandy has a proven track record of listing and selling new construction and re-sales of single family homes, condos, town homes, vacant land as well as investment and commercial properties, placing her ahead of many of her counterparts at all levels of real estate.
